Wooden crates and steel-strapped boxes form a heavy-duty protective network, enabling Watson Packaging to safeguard the machinery industry's "precision transportation" needs.

For high-value, high-precision equipment such as CNC machining centers and heavy machinery, collisions and vibrations during transportation often result in losses in the millions. Hebei Watson Packaging Co., Ltd., with its core series of heavy-duty protective products—wooden crates and steel-strapped crates—provides a "zero-damage" transportation solution for the machinery industry through "customized structural design + high-strength material combination." It has become the "designated packaging supplier" for 23 machinery companies in Xingtai, Langfang, and other areas.

Watson Packaging's heavy-duty wooden crates use high-density hardwood as the base material, which is dried and degreased (moisture content 8%-10%) to prevent later deformation and cracking. The interior of the crate features customized EVA cushioning pads and positioning buckles based on the equipment structure, controlling the gap between the equipment and the crate to within 2mm, and can withstand impacts from drops of up to 1.5 meters. The steel-strapped crate is an upgrade from the wooden crate, featuring a composite structure of "1.2mm galvanized steel straps + solid wood frame." A single crate can bear a maximum load of 5 tons, and corner protectors are added to the four corners, making it suitable for multi-layer stacking transport of ultra-large equipment. In 2023, a CNC company in Xingtai needed to transport a 4.2-ton five-axis machining center to Germany. The traditional wooden crate experienced side panel cracking during transit, resulting in a 0.05mm accuracy deviation and rework costs exceeding 80,000 yuan. After switching to a custom steel-strapped crate from Watson Packaging, the crate underwent a 48-hour simulated ocean vibration test (frequency 5-50Hz). Upon arrival in Germany, the equipment's accuracy error was only 0.01mm, fully meeting the customer's production requirements.

This product series also strictly adheres to the ISO9000 international quality system standard, implementing 12 quality inspection processes from wood selection to finished product delivery to ensure a 99.8% pass rate for each batch. The company's technical director explained, "We first obtain equipment size data through 3D scanning, then use finite element analysis software to simulate the stress during transportation, and finally determine the packaging structure—for example, designing a 'floating buffer' for the gearbox and a 'til-proof fixing frame' for the motor, so that the packaging truly adapts to the equipment's needs."
