As the core load-bearing support component of wooden pallets, the support strip directly determines the pallet's structural stability and load-bearing durability. It is specifically designed for various customized wooden pallets, adapting to the needs of cargo stacking and mechanical handling in logistics and warehousing.
The product is made from carefully selected high-density solid wood substrate (pine, poplar, and hardwood are optional), which undergoes high-temperature drying and degreasing treatment, with a moisture content controlled at 8%-12%, effectively preventing later deformation and cracking. The surface is finely sanded, free of burrs and splits, ensuring a good fit with the pallet panel and longitudinal beams during assembly and reducing scratch damage to the packaging during handling.
Dimensions can be customized (standard width 30-80mm, thickness 20-50mm, length matches the spacing of the pallet's internal longitudinal beams). A single support bar can bear a load of 300-800kg. The number and density of support bars can be adjusted according to the total load-bearing capacity of the pallet. Supports both nailing and tenoning assembly methods, adaptable to manual or mechanical assembly processes. Widely used in e-commerce large-item pallets, industrial heavy-duty cargo pallets, export fumigation pallets, etc., providing even stress support for the overall pallet structure, extending pallet lifespan, and ensuring safe cargo transportation.
