The product uses two highly adaptable materials: ① Galvanized cold-rolled steel, 1.2-2.0mm thick, treated with pickling and phosphating for rust prevention, moisture-resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for harsh environments such as outdoor storage and cold chain logistics; ② High-strength engineering plastic (PA6 + glass fiber reinforcement), impact-resistant, aging-resistant, lightweight and insulating, suitable for pallets carrying electronic components and precision instruments. Structurally, it adopts a "snap-on quick-installation design," requiring no drilling or welding. A tight fit between the panel and longitudinal beam is achieved simply by manually pressing. A single fastener can bear a load of 50-120kg, and it is compatible with pallet panels/longitudinal beams with a thickness of 3-8mm. Installation efficiency is more than 3 times higher than traditional nails. Furthermore, the locking mechanism supports repeated disassembly and reuse (5-8 times), reducing pallet repair and replacement costs. The edges of the latches are rounded to prevent scratches to operators or cargo packaging during assembly. It is also compatible with the export standards of IPPC fumigated pallets, allowing for cross-border transportation without additional processing.
